At DrawBuddy, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos if possible, so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling

Sale or promotional items are final sale unless otherwise required by law.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved


European Union – 30-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
