DrawBuddy is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

  • Refunds will exclude original shipping fees
